In recent times, there has been an increase in the number of Iranian students who have migrated to Ilmenau to further their education and build a brighter future for themselves. This presents a great opportunity for them to come together, celebrate their culture, and form a working group. So, the AG FARISA was born.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As a working group hosted by Kulturelle Koordinierung (KuKo) e.V., FARISA aims to promote Iranian literature, art, and traditions through various events such as Nowruz, Yald\u0101 Night, Ch\u0101h\u0101rshanbe Suri, and Sepand\u0101rmazg\u0101n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
FARISA stands for FARavahar Iranian Students Association. The Faravahar is a well-known symbol of Zoroastrianism, which is an Iranian religion. Despite its religious roots, it has become a cultural symbol for Iranians. It\u2019s worth mentioning that we also have a phrase that represents the three pillars of Zoroastrian Faith is “Good thoughts, Good words, Good deeds.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
